This Policy covers information about visitors to the Site and users of the Portal. It does not cover data contained on equipment we process as part of our services — see Section 10.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Contact information submitted through the Site. Our Site forms collect business contact information only — name, business name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or inquiry.
- Client Portal information. If your organization uses our Portal, we collect account credentials and maintain the service records associated with your organization’s account.
- Employment inquiries. If you send us a resume or employment inquiry by email, we process the information you provide to evaluate your candidacy. The Site does not host an online application system.
The Site does not process payment card transactions. Any payments are handled through our separate business systems, not through this website.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Browser type, operating system, and device characteristics
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, and time spent on the Site

We do not send marketing or promotional email campaigns. Communications you receive from us are responses to your inquiry or related to an existing business relationship.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers and processors who perform functions on our behalf — website and portal hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, email delivery, and IT support. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.

- Legal and safety disclosures — where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Some technologies described in Section 4 — in particular ZoomInfo and our lead-attribution tools — involve disclosure of online identifiers to third parties for advertising, sales, and marketing purposes.
7. Your Privacy Rights
If you would like to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, you may contact us using the details in Section 2. We will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Certain requests may be limited where we are required to retain information to meet legal, regulatory, tax, or contractual obligations, or where the information is necessary to an ongoing business relationship. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
If your personal information was contained on equipment we processed on behalf of one of our clients, please direct your request to that client organization; we will support them in responding. See Section 10.
8. Data Security
TAMS maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information collected through the Site and Portal against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
Information submitted through our Site consists of business contact information and inquiry content. We retain this information for as long as it remains relevant to our relationship with you or your organization, and thereafter as necessary to meet legal, regulatory, tax, and contractual obligations. If you would like us to delete information we hold about you, you may make a request under Section 7, and we will honor it except where we are required to retain the information for the obligations described above.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Site, Portal, and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us using the details in Section 2.
12. United States Operations
TAMS operates in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. We do not offer goods or services to individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom, and we do not target or monitor individuals in those regions. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. We review this Policy at least annually.
